Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days by giving a valid reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you purchased services from Design O Graphica LLC.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7-10 business days from the day on which we receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

1. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project or milestone has been approved and delivered, payments are non-refundable. Web design is a custom service, and time, resources, and creative effort are invested uniquely for each client.

2. Project Deposits

A deposit (usually 50-100%) is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial consultation, planning, and design work.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you decide to cancel the project after work has started:

  • You may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund of any payments made for undelivered work.

  • Completed work up to that point will be shared with you, and we will not retain any rights to it.

5. Dissatisfaction with Service

We aim for 100% client satisfaction and provide revision rounds as part of the design process. However, dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund once the scope has been met and design approval is given.

6. Digital Products & Templates

All digital products (e.g., templates, graphics, or code modules) are non-refundable once delivered due to their downloadable nature.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage resolving any issues directly with us. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with supporting documentation, including signed agreements and communication records.
